Poker strategies, behavioral economics, and the analytical rigor of the economics discipline were instrumental in shaping his ideas on how to run a business. The Science of Gaming ethos which has powered the success of Games24x7 is a culmination of that journey. Vikram is happily married with two sons and holds a PhD in Economics from New York University and a B.Tech from IIT Bombay.

In an era when startups were uncharted territory, Bhavin, an engineering graduate from Purdue University chose to quit his fully-funded PhD program in Economics at NYU to embark on an entrepreneurial journey. This pivotal decision marked the birth and rise of Games24x7, a trailblazer in India's online gaming industry. As he continues to lead the company towards sustainable growth, Bhavin remains committed to preserving the foundational culture that underpins Games24x7's existence and success.

Saroj has been a driving force for over 15 years, shaping the company's product strategy from across several key positions. He heads marketing and operations for all our platforms. With exceptional leadership and dedication to user experiences, Saroj is leading the company’s next phase of growth.

Rahul has over two decades of leadership experience in strategic finance, corporate development, and investment banking in the technology sector. At Games24x7, he leads corporate development initiatives, including acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. Rahul has worked in prominent investment banks like Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in New York, and led technology sector coverage at ICICI Securities. He holds a MBA from Cornell University's Johnson School of Management and an undergraduate degree in engineering from IIT, Delhi.

Rajat, a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience, excels in building products and platforms from scratch and expanding them globally to international markets. At Games24x7, he prioritizes innovation to offer players an intuitive gaming experience with zero downtime.

Sameer, with over 26 years of experience, leads the legal, compliance, and the governance function at the Company. He holds a Law degree from Symbiosis Law College, Pune, and has completed a Masters in Marketing Management from SIMS, Pune, followed by MSc in Telecom Business from UCL, London, UK.

Vikrant has over two decades of experience across industries. An avid reader and writer, Vikrant specialised in organisation transformation, being a facilitator, coach, interventionist, and trainer to meet the diverse needs of his team.

Gaurav, an accomplished marketing professional with over 12 years in the industry, is the Vice President, RummyCircle at Games24x7. He oversees product and marketing strategy, focusing on user acquisition and retention for the business. Gaurav holds an MBA in Marketing from SJMSOM, IIT Bombay.

Tridib leads the application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to automate business decisions and develop cutting-edge algorithms for enhancing user experiences. He holds a PhD in Computer Science & Engineering from Arizona State University, specialising in AI-driven data centre optimisation and body sensor networks.

Neha leads Public Affairs, Communications, and CSR at Games24x7, with over 19 years of experience in reputation management and brand communication. She has assisted and advised companies across various sectors on multi-stakeholder programs. Neha is skilled in managing crises, implementing data-driven programs, and leading policy advocacy campaigns that drive positive change.

Avik has been leading the brand marketing efforts at Games24x7 since 2014. Adept in marketing strategy and planning for driving high business growth, he plays a key role in shaping brand communications and effective media planning.

Avin, with over 15 years of gaming industry experience, emphasises the significance of product innovation to offer fresh gameplay experiences that attract and retain players. A passionate gamer and a perfectionist, Avin holds a management degree from the Indian School of Business.

Arnov has around 10 years of experience in analytics, with expertise in conceptualising, developing and implementing machine learning and optimisation solutions for leading businesses across the globe. He currently leads the Risk Management division at Games24x7 focussing on identification of fraud players and irresponsible gameplay related risk.
